DaevaPlus

Terms of Use

These terms apply to the daevaplus.com site and the DaevaPulse app, maintained by the DaevaPlus Team. By using the site, or by downloading, installing and using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. What DaevaPlus is

DaevaPlus is a free, independent and unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or approved by NCSOFT. AION 2 and the game's marks, names and art belong to NCSOFT and its licensors.

DaevaPulse is a Windows app that reads the game's network traffic on your computer to show DPS, players in view and the pet radar. It does not open the game process, read or change its memory, inject code or modify game files.

2. Use at your own risk

Third-party tools may break the AION 2 terms of service, license agreement or rules, even when they only read information. It is solely up to you to check whether using DaevaPulse is allowed on your account and in your region before using it.

We are not responsible for warnings, suspensions, bans, loss of accounts, characters, items or progress, or any other penalty applied by NCSOFT, publishers or third parties as a result of using DaevaPulse or the site. By using the app, you fully accept this risk.

3. No warranty

The site and the app are provided "as is" and DaevaPulse is in beta. They may have bugs, go offline or stop working after a game update.

Damage and DPS numbers, boss timers, news, character sheets and pet data may be incomplete, late or wrong. Use them as a reference, not as absolute truth.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the DaevaPlus Team is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use the site or the app.

5. Permitted use

  • Personal, non-commercial use.
  • Do not use the site or the app to harass, expose or stalk other players.
  • Do not try to bypass the anti-bot check or the search and report limits, or automate requests to the site's routes.
  • Do not send fake boss death reports.
  • Do not redistribute a modified installer or present it as official.

6. Other players' and third-party data

The app shows what the game itself sends to your computer, such as the names of players in view. The "Record sessions" option (off by default) stores the traffic on your computer and those recordings contain other players' data: handle them with care and do not publish them.

News and character sheets come from the official public AION 2 pages. Monster, skill, pet and map names and data come from MetaBot.GG. External links lead to sites with their own rules.

7. Updates and service changes

The app checks for new versions and can update itself when you accept. We may change, suspend or end the site, the app or any feature at any time, without prior notice.

8. Ownership

The DaevaPlus and DaevaPulse names, logo and code belong to the DaevaPlus Team. You receive a personal, free and revocable license to use the app. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site or the app after a change means you accept the new version.
